"The Fine Print"
This package comes with licensed, done-4-you marketing materials and resalable templates for creating Email Alchemy campaigns. You have permission to use these materials to market your practice and execute campaigns for your clients. You may modify these materials provided you do not use the Email Alchemy brand as your own or explicitly state that I, Daniel Levis, have any responsibility for the success or failure of your work. Purchase of this package in no way represents “certification” of your skills or my endorsement of you or your work, though you are invited and encouraged to become “certified” post purchase.
The package also includes reprint and distribution rights to marketing “exhibits” in the form of a 24-page special report, PowerPoint presentation and webinar script to document the results of three recent Email Alchemy campaigns. You understand and agree that alteration of these documents in any way other than specified is strictly forbidden.
Apart from the two points above, you agree that the contents of this package is for the exclusive use of yourself and your company and will not be otherwise shared, duplicated or distributed in any way, shape or form.
For YOUR protection, you understand that violation of the above terms would destroy or diminish the value of the information I am providing. The damages to me and fellow license holders that would result from the unauthorized dissemination of the information would be impossible to calculate. Therefore, I am entitled to maximum injunctive relief preventing the violation of the terms hereof. Furthermore, you understand that once you have been accepted into the program, this sale is final and there are no cancellations or refunds permitted.
